About Us

It is extremely important for the vision of our university in particular and for our country in general to train engineers who have the ability to analyze and have a solid basic science equipment. The Department of Basic Sciences of the Faculty of Engineering acts with the mission of ensuring that engineering students studying in undergraduate engineering programs have a strong background in the field of basic sciences and actively participating in the research activities of the university.

Our department was established with the aim of providing undergraduate students studying in engineering departments with a strong background in basic sciences. In addition, faculty support is provided by the Department for chemistry and mathematics courses in the curriculum of other units of the university. The faculty of the Engineering Fundamental Sciences Department consists of 4 faculty members.
